is there any problem if you don’t have compressed air?
@AmoureuseTouti You’re very welcome, AmoureuseTouti. To be able to answer your question about your pressure washer more specifically, we’d have know your machine’s model number to find out if pump assemblies for that model are currently available from the manufacturer. Feel free to post your washer’s model number here or head over to eReplacementParts*com and use the model number search. The model number search will take you to your washer’s parts page and breakdown schematic.
Thanks for sharing all the trick and technique. Is there a place to order a pump assembly for Troy Bilt 2200 PSI pressure washer? My output pipe is cracked so the water is leaking out like crazy, as the result I probably get about 50% pressure on the wand. Thanks. Tom
Thanks Mark. What a great videos that you have made.
i need help bro i accidently mixed double ratio of oil with the gas and my bike wont star t WHAT should i Do please helpo i just got it out of the shop spent over $1000
@BuckChoklitt ….
The gasket goes on the carb body and then the diaphragm followed by the base cover plate.
One last thing that was not covered was fuel adjustment screws. Low side 1.5, high side 1.25 turns, low side is closest to the engine block.
@eReplacementParts how do you do this on a yz 85
eReplacementParts If it wasn’t for you video I would of committed suicide, Thanks so much!
Hi i have a ryobi 30cc trimmer it starts fine and Then when i give it a littel gas it seems to bog down and turn off my neighbor said that it could be the high low screws but havent got so far yet and ideas ?? Thx Joe .
Great video, thanks for sharing it. I’ve got a 3 year old trimmer that purred along last year and won’t start this season… and your videos should help me get it running again.
thats all good as long as there is not crud in the high speed passage. duh! just runs on choke .Buy a new carb and be done .Duh.
Thanks for this. I’ve got a Sears bushwacker with stalling problems. I bet this will fix it.
Do you have any videos or resources on removing the carburetor to start with. I just got a replacement from you guys, but can seem to remove the old one from the Ryobi Trimmer. I don’t have traditional screw heads when you remove the air box cover. I have threaded rods with two nuts screwed on to them. I attempted to pry the filter box loose, but was afraid I would break it. Should I just apply more force? Is it supposed to pop off? Thanks!
how how would I put a
NEEDLE VALVE SET in?
Hey Mark, I just followed this video and got my Ryobi running again–but now it will only run at full choke, and it runs at full RPM. Any ideas for me?
@slonegan That is great to hear! Glad we where able to help!

@Mr70Cenzo Great suggestion. I have a box on my bench but it seems that in the heat of the repair I never remember to put them on!
Thanks for watching,

Thanks Mark, your video was the push I needed to take on the task of cleaning this bugger. 11 yr. old Ryobi 700r String Trimmer and still running strong. Sorry made in USA only buyers.
Is there any good 2 stroke engine book that you recommend?
Looks like a great video. Can’t wait to get some carb cleaner and have a go at it. I have a similar carb on my Homelite string trimmer.
Suggestion: Use surgical gloves to protect your hands. I get a box at the wholesale houses to keep in the garage for those dirty jobs.
Thank you.
Thank you! Had a Stihl FS 55R that wasn’t working… came across this… demystified the process for me, and 30 minutes later it’s running like new. Thanks again!
can we get a carb from a different lawn mower and put it into another one? or can we get a lawn mover carb and put it into a pocket bike
@worldskater31 Thanks!
