Home made cleaning is awesome. I have really bad eczema, and it flares up whenever I’m using store bought cleaning supplies with toxic chemicals. After I switched I don’t get itchy or feel like I need to scrub my arms really hard after.

Bleach is not one of the four DIY cleaning ingredients (water, vinegar, baking soda, and castile soap) mentioned in this video and the addition of it is not recommended here. None of these four ingredients used together will create dangerous by-products.
For the record though, we do not recommend combining soap and bleach, as that is dangerous.
